Each workshop will consist a warm up based on specific improvisation exercises, starting with simple movement and isolation of a different parts of our body as well as connecting our mind to our physical instruments. In a second half of a class i would like to focus on teaching some dance material (phrases), which has been prepared and worked out on my own. And if we have enough time, i would love to build some new steps with the students together as well. This is just a short explanation what we would do.
